Purchase a Report
Survey and Economic Research on Dentistry publications are available for purchase as printed, bound reports as well as downloadable, electronic files for your convenience through the ADA Catalog. Select reports are free to ADA members, while annual reports on accredited education programs are free for anyone to download.
Prices and current years of publications and reports can be found in the ADA Catalog. There are three levels of pricing: Member, Non-member Dentist, and Commercial. Prices are subject to change without notice. If this occurs, any necessary adjustments will be made to your order. Please contact the ADA Member Service Center with any questions concerning eligibility for certain price levels, current years of publications, or ordering.
Member Rate applies to ADA members, ASDA members, dental schools and their affiliates, other recognized professional dental organizations, and government representatives or affiliates. To receive member rates your ADA membership number must accompany your order.
Non-Member Rate applies to dentists who are not ADA members, to non-dental schools or other nonprofit affiliates, and to students who are not ASDA members.
Commercial Rate applies to commercial or private company affiliates and consumers.
Online: Go to ADA Catalog and find the category Survey and Economic Research (under the Research and Standards button). You may browse under any of our six topic areas or search for publications by typing the title or keywords in the Search box.
To order online, you will need to log into the Catalog under My Account. Please note that all dentists (members and nonmembers), as well as dental students, must use their ADA Number as their User ID and their five-digit primary address zip code as a password (if a password has not already been established). All other customers may create a new user profile if one does not already exist. If you have questions regarding how to log in or how to create a user profile, please call the Member Service Center at 800-947-4746 for assistance.

Orders shipped within the continental U.S. are usually sent via UPS. Be sure to include a street address and phone number for easier delivery. States and U.S. territories outside the continental U.S. will incur higher shipping charges.
All international orders (including Canada and the Caribbean) must be prepaid through Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Please go to ADA Catalog or call 312-440-7727 to place an order from outside the U.S. and its territories. We strongly encourage international customers to order downloadable electronic products (where available) in order to avoid duty, tariff, and tax charges.
Rushed/Overnight Delivery Services
If you call by noon Central Time, overnight or second day delivery within the continental U.S. is available. Please contact our Member Service Advisors for assistance and pricing.
Your complete satisfaction, both in the quality of merchandise and in the way in which we handle your order, is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return the product to the ADA Member Service Center within 30 days, providing your reason for dissatisfaction and we will gladly refund your money or provide you with an alternative solution.
If you choose to return an item, please call our Member Service Advisors to expedite processing. Include customer name, order number and reason for return and let us know if you want a replacement, refund, or an exchange. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
