The fourth ADA Foundation Give Kids A Smile® Awards Gala was held in Washington, D.C. on Tuesday, May 10, 2011, during the ADA’s Washington Leadership Conference.

Give Kids A Smile University

For the past 4 years, the Dental Trade Alliance Foundation in collaboration with the American Dental Association and the ADA Foundation sponsored the Give Kids A Smile “Promising Practices” symposium. The annual symposium was an opportunity for program coordinators to come together and share ideas on how to enhance and improve local programs. In an effort to continue this experience and enhance the concept, in 2011 the Symposium will shift to become a GKAS University, a hands-on experience at the St. Louis Give Kids A Smile Clinic.
