2013 Annual Online Advertising Rate

File Format
- Advertisers may provide ready-to-scan artwork in the size desired, a gif file or jpg file sent via e-mail, not to exceed 40k. Banners across the top of the page should be 710 pixels wide x 90 pixels deep (horizontal orientation). Button ads oriented to the right side column of the page should be 250 pixels wide x 250 pixels deep.
Terms and Conditions
- ADA Publishing welcomes advertising on ADA’s web site—ADA.org—as an important means of keeping dentists, allied professionals and consumers informed about new and better products and services available in the practice of dentistry.
- Products and services eligible for advertising on ADA.org must be germane to and effective and useful in the practice of dentistry. Products or services offered by responsible advertisers that are not related to dentistry but are of interest to dentists are also eligible for advertising. The Publisher reserves the right to accept or reject any advertisement at its sole discretion.
- Materials must be submitted to the Publisher at least 10 working days before each calendar month to allow for timely review and processing.
- Fifteen percent commission is given to recognized agencies. Because of limited availability of positions, all space will be sold on a first-come first-served basis.
- Payment terms are net 30 days.
- Position availability is subject to change without notice.
Advertising Standards
- All advertising must conform to the official published advertising standards of the American Dental Association.
