Four Seasons Hotel
Special Conference rates are available at the Four Seasons Hotel in Denver: $179 plus tax per night for single or double room accommodations through June 24, 2013 or until the room block is full. Make your reservations early by phone at 303.389.3300 and mention group code “ADA” to receive the Conference rate or make your online reservations and follow these instructions:

If You’re Traveling with Children
Before your stay, simply provide the Four Seasons with the names and ages of the children in your party. They will be ready with the appropriate amenities such as items to childproof guest rooms, cribs, infant bathtubs and playpens, child-size bathrobes, baby and children's toiletries, library of DVDs, CDs and games, Nintendo Wii and tents.
Childcare/Babysitting is available through the concierge with a $15 fee to arrange the services. $18 per hour for one to two children (2 hour minimum) and $23 per hour for three plus children (2 hour minimum).
Airline Travel Discounts for ADA Members
ADA’s official travel partner is Gant Travel Management. Special meeting discounts are available on ADA’s partner airlines, American, Delta and United Airlines for the 2013 New Dentist Conference. Gant Travel will assist all Conference attendees with travel on ADA’s partner airlines as well as the lowest fares on all airlines servicing the Denver area, including Southwest Airlines. Transportation
Shuttle: ADA conference attendees can receive $2 off one-way trips ($20) and $6 off round trips ($38) with Super Shuttle or $5 off one-way trips ($70) and $10 off round trips ($140) with ExecuCar premium black sedan service (seats four people max.) to/from Denver International Airport and the Four Seasons Hotel. The discount code “ADA13” should be used when booking reservations via the phone 800.BLUE.VAN (800.258.3826) or online.
Taxi: The one-way flat rate is $55.15 to and from the Denver International Airport. Taxis pick-up and drop-off from Jeppesen Terminal, Level 5, Island 1 outside Doors 507 through 511 (Terminal East) and Doors 506 through 510 (Terminal West).
Public Transportation: SkyRide Public Bus Service. The one-way fare is $12. Buses depart 30 to 60 minutes from Level 6/Door 605. Attendees should take the AF route to Market Street Station. From the Market Street Station, take the 16th Street Free Mall Ride to Arapahoe and walk 2 blocks to 14th and Arapahoe where the Four Seasons Hotel is located.
