On-Site Registration Hours
Friday, June 22, 2012: 7:30am–5:30pm
Saturday, June 23, 2012: 7:30am–5:30pm
Please register early as courses fill quickly. Attendees will be registered for courses on a first-come, first-served basis. After June 12, 2012, you may register on-site at The Capital Hilton (an additional $50 registration fee will be applied). No cash payments will be accepted on-site—checks, credit card and money order payments will be accepted.
*Registration fees include:
- Full day of conference CE leadership programs on June 22
- Conference Opening Reception on June 22
- Breakfast and Learn Sessions
- All CE courses June 22–24
- One breakfast and three lunches June 22–24
- Saturday night event—The Park at Fourteenth
**2012 membership dues must be paid to be eligible for ADA member rate. Eligibility for rates paid will be verified prior to the conference.

Guests of registered attendees are welcome to attend both the Opening Reception and the Saturday Night Event at The Park on Fourteenth. The Opening Reception fee for adult guests (13 years of age & older) is $15 per person. Children 12 years of age and under are free. The Saturday Night Event fee for adult guests (21 years of age & older) is $75 per person.
All refund requests must be received in writing at the ADA New Dentist Committee office no later than June 12, 2012. Approved refunds or credits will be issued following the conference. Requests received after June 12, 2012 will not be eligible for a refund.
