Conference Dates and Location
The ADA Council on Membership will host the ADA Annual Conference on Membership Recruitment and Retention on Friday, April 5 and Saturday, April 6 at ADA Headquarters. The CONTACT program and Tripartite System Users Group (TUG) Meetings will be also be featured as pre-conference sessions on Thursday, April 4.
Conference Theme and Keynote Speakers
The 2013 Conference is themed "Charting a Course for Membership Growth" and focuses on emerging factors that are affecting membership across the country. Attendees will have an opportunity to explore the newest approaches and resources that can assist them with effectively managing membership outreach efforts, driving member growth and improving member satisfaction. Attendees will also learn about front-line issues critical to membership growth from nationally-recognized speakers, and industry experts, including 2013 Keynote Speakers, Sarah Sladek, author of The End of Membership as We know It, and Mary Byers, author of Race for Relevance.
Staff and volunteers involved with dental society membership growth efforts, including dental society leaders, membership chairs, executive staff and membership staff are invited.
