It can now take as long as four months to get a visa to enter the United States. If you require a visa to enter the USA, please check with your local United States Embassy or Consulate to obtain the necessary documentation and schedule an appointment for an interview as soon as possible. Review these important suggestions for making your visa interview successful.

To request a Letter of Invitation from the ADA to help facilitate visa arrangements to the U.S.A for ADA Annual Session, please fill out the form below. Travelers to the U.S.A. are encouraged to consult www.unitedstatesvisas.gov for information on U.S. visa policy and procedures, as well as the location of the nearest U.S. Consular Office.

Please note: If you are from the Philippines, you must submit your request through the Philippine Dental Association as they coordinate all letters of invitation to the ADA Annual Session.
