The Golden Apple Awards program is a unique opportunity to gain valuable recognition for dental educators for inspiring careers in dental education. Two awards will be granted, one for pre-doctoral and one at the postdoctoral level. The Council on Dental Education and Licensure will serve as the sole judge of this award(s).

The Council is pleased to announce that Dr. Richard H. Haug, University of Kentucky College of Dentistry, and Dr. Michael Kanellis, University of Iowa College of Dentistry, have received the 2007 Golden Apple Award, “Inspiring Careers in Dental Education”.
