ADA PRODUCT CATALOG ACCESS REQUIREMENTS

We are sorry but the Web browser and/or operating system you are using is not compatible
with the ADA Product Catalog.

If you would prefer to access the ADA Product Catalog online, please note the following access requirements:

  • Access to the ADA Catalog is only supported for the Windows operating system in Internet Explorer 5.5 (or higher). The latest version of Internet Explorer for Windows can be downloaded from Microsoft's Web site. Link opens in separate window. Pop-up Blocker may need to be disabled.

  • The ADA Catalog is not supported in any other browser on the Windows operating system (e.g., FireFox or Netscape). It also not supported in any browser on the Macintosh operating system.

  • Tip: America Online (AOL) users may be able to view the ADA Catalog using Internet Explorer 5.5 (or higher) instead of the AOL browser, while still using their AOL account. Simply launch Internet Explorer while logged in to AOL.

  • If you already are using a compatible system based on the information above, please proceed
    to the ADA Product Catalog.

  • Note: Except for the ADA Product Catalog and the Service Request system, ADA.org can be viewed on both Windows and Macintosh operating systems with all browsers (e.g., FireFox).
