Dental Groups Ask Congress to Adequately Fund Agencies, Federal Dental Programs

September 09, 2016

While Congress wrestles with how it will finish up work this session, the American Dental Association, joined with other groups in the Organized Dental Coalition, is urging appropriators to adequately fund federal dental programs. In a letter this week to the chairpersons and ranking members of the House and Senate health appropriations committees, the ODC presented an itemized list of agencies and programs that included funding amounts the dental groups would like House and Senate conferees to agree to. The Senate letter is now available. (It’s identical to the letter sent to House appropriators.)
