The ADA offers a number of continuing education (CE) and online learning programs to help enhance professional skills and meet personal educational goals. CE credits may be available. ADA members receive a discount on all continuing education courses, both online and in-person.
In-person Education Courses
The ADA offers some continuing education courses at select international venues around the world. Handouts from the ADA Education Day courses taught by Dr. Samuel Low in Beijing, China, in June 2014 are now available. The ADA offers America's leading source of online continuing education for dentists. Learn at your own pace, anywhere, anytime. Access the ADA library of online continuing education courses 24 hours a day at your convenience. New courses are continually being added.
Online Loyalty Program
The ADA is offering a new continuing education loyalty program. Through a one-year subscription, users pay a one-time fee for unlimited access to all online continuing education courses.
JADA Continuing Education
The Journal of the American Dental Association (JADA) offers an online continuing education component. Four articles in each issue of the journal include a self-study that can be completed for CE credit hours. This benefit is available only to ADA members.
ADA Annual Meeting
The ADA Annual Meeting offers more than 300 continuing education courses, including live-patient, cadaver, open and clinical science forums, and hands-on courses. Many courses are offered for free. Members who cannot attend in-person may take advantage of ADA365, the ADA online extension of the ADA Annual Meeting. This is a free member benefit. Non-members can access ADA365 for a small fee.
