February 20, 2012

Kennebunk, Maine—Nonprofit dental clinics in Alabama, Kentucky, New Mexico, Mississippi and Washington, D.C., are eligible to apply for a Dental Health For All grant of $20,000 from Tom’s of Maine.

Applications must be received by March 15.

The Dental Health For All program has helped make 200,000 patient visits possible with $1 million in funding to more than 30 school and community-based dental clinics nationwide.

The company has targeted specific geographic areas for the grants that the U.S. Census Bureau has identified as having the highest percentage of families living under the poverty level, according to a Feb. 9 press release.

Organizations that provide free or low-cost dental care can learn more about the program and apply at www.tomsofmaine.com/dentalhealthforall.
