Save the date: GKAS Gala at 2012 Annual Session Oct. 22

San Francisco—You can do a world of good while having a great time when you attend the ADA Foundation Give Kids A Smile 10th Anniversary Gala on Oct. 22 from 7-11:30 p.m. at the Marriott Marquis.
The gala celebration evening will help give smiles to kids nationwide. Join your colleagues for an event that combines your enjoyment with a higher calling: The ticket price is $250; $150 of that amount (roughly the equivalent of the cost to attend the President’s Gala last year) is to cover event costs, and $100 from each ticket sale is a tax-deductible donation to the ADA Foundation for future support of the GKAS program.
In 2013, an estimated 40,000 dentists and their teams are expected to treat more than 400,000 children at nearly 1,600 sites nationwide.
“The Give Kids A Smile 10th Anniversary Gala will celebrate the successes of GKAS over the past 10 years while raising money for the ADA Foundation’s Give Kids A Smile Fund, which will directly support GKAS efforts,” said Dr. David Whiston, president, ADA Foundation. “This new event also gives ADA leadership the opportunity to show their support of the ADA’s flagship program.”
