Ross Award nominations sought

Would you like to nominate a dental investigator for the Norton M. Ross Award for Excellence in Clinical Research? You have until June 15 to present your nomination materials to the ADA.
The award is presented annually to recognize investigators whose research has significant impact on some aspect of clinical dentistry. The late Dr. Norton M. Ross was a dentist and pharmacologist who made significant contributions to oral medicine and dental clinical research. The ADA sponsors the award in his honor with support from Johnson & Johnson Healthcare Products, Division of McNeil-PPC Inc.
“It’s our pleasure and honor to celebrate Dr. Norton Ross’ memory by recognizing outstanding leaders in dental research with the Norton Ross Award,” said Lori Kumar, Ph.D., vice president of global oral and topical health research and development at Johnson & Johnson Consumer & Personal Products Worldwide.
Nominate a candidate by submitting his or her curriculum vitae, a list of publications and a nomination letter explaining the impact of the nominee’s research on clinical dentistry.
