Having served four years on the staff of former Rep. Steve Buyer (R-Ind.), who retired in 2010, Ms. Milligan subsequently helped Rep. Marlin Stutzman (R-Ind.) get his office started on the Hill as the 112th Congress was sworn in and handled health care legislation for the congressman. She was formerly employed by the National Association of Broadcasters where she served the president, chief executive officer and NAB board on numerous projects and initiatives.
“Along with her knowledge of the Hill, Sarah possesses a dynamic personality and optimistic demeanor,” said Michael Graham, ADA senior vice president, government and public affairs.
From Pensacola, Fla., Ms. Milligan attended Indiana University in Bloomington, Ind., earning degrees in political science and Russian and East European studies.
