Ivoclar Vivadent has made a three-year, $500,000 commitment to Oral Health America, a national nonprofit organization with a mission to educate Americans about the importance of mouth health to overall health and well-being.
OHA will use the funds in its work to increase access to care, education and advocacy for all Americans within communities. Previously, OHA received $1 million in cash and product from Ivoclar Vivadent to support its mission.
Ivoclar Vivadent, which has its North American headquarters in Amherst, N.Y., is a global provider of dental materials for aesthetic dentistry.
“Ivoclar Vivadent is proud to continue its relationship with Oral Health America, supporting its programs that bring oral health care to those who need it most,” said Robert Ganley, CEO of Ivoclar Vivadent. “As a company we look to give back to the community while emphasizing the importance of oral health, and OHA's programs and campaigns are a perfect fit for those goals.”
The company has also supported OHA's annual gala and benefit as a longtime sponsor and its Fall for Smiles campaign, an oral health education initiative that happens in September and October annually.
