Early registration for ADA 2014 ends Sept. 5

Act now to save time and money

August 18, 2014

President Bush
San Antonio — There’s still time to save money and enjoy the convenience of early registration for ADA 2014 — America’s Dental Meeting. Early registration ends Sept. 5, at 5 p.m. Central time.

ADA 2014 will be held Oct. 9-14 at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio. Those who register by Sept. 5 can save money on registration fees and course fees. They also save time and gain convenience because their meeting badge and tickets will be mailed to them before the meeting, eliminating a wait in line for meeting materials at the convention center. And, early registrants have a better chance of securing space in their preferred courses.

Have you already registered for the annual meeting? You can still add courses like Education in the Round live-patient demonstrations and Hands-On Cadaver courses and pay advance registration fees or reserve your spot in a free Specialty Pavilion course if you act before the Sept. 5 deadline.

Registrants should also secure their tickets for two ADA 2014 special events.

The Opening General Session and Distinguished Speaker Series, featuring President George W. Bush, will be held Oct. 9, 9-10:30 a.m., at the Alamodome. The program is free, but all attendees must register in advance to attend and receive their tickets. The 2014 Distinguished Speaker Series is presented by Church & Dwight, the makers of ARM & HAMMER, Spinbrush and ORAJEL oral care products.

Also on Oct. 9, dentists and their families and dental teams can wind down and enjoy an authentic Texas tailgate party during the Welcome Celebration, 6:30-9:30 p.m. at Historic Sunset Station. The cost is $65 for adults and $35 for children under 12, and includes Texas-style tailgate food and drinks, live music and round-trip transportation from ADA hotels.
