Current issue of the Review trains an eye on curing lights

December 08, 2014

The November issue of ADA Professional Product Review highlights an ADA Laboratory evaluation of seven LED curing lights.

“It will help in understanding how you can be certain your restorations are cured optimally and, what factors affect light-curing technique,” said Dr. David Sarrett, editor.

The issue also recaps the Review’s Product Forum at ADA 2014, which highlighted how to improve curing light effectiveness. Other topics include the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s MedWatch program, medical device recalls and the reporting of adverse events; and ergonomics and preventing work-related musculoskeletal problems in the practice of dentistry.
