Dr. Michael Pikos will reprise his successful 2013 Education In the Round Course, Extraction Site Management for Implant Reconstruction, online at ADA.org/ADA365 and host a live chat Q-and-A session with participants following the broadcast.

The three-hour course, originally presented at the ADA's annual meeting in New Orleans in 2013, will air June 25 at 11 a.m. Central time.

Participants will learn to evaluate cases requiring tooth extraction and grafting for implant construction; understand the indications for grafting immediate extraction sites in the esthetic and nonesthetic zones; and know protocols for soft and hard tissue extraction site management for implant reconstruction.

"Dr. Pikos is a leader in the field of implant surgery and grafting. His presentation at ADA 2013 received excellent reviews from those attending and watching live on ADA365," said Dr. John P. Pietrasik, 2014 chair of continuing education for the Council on ADA Sessions. "This program will allow viewers the unique opportunity to experience step-by-step procedures performed on a live patient."

Viewers can earn 2.5 hours of CE credit. Cost for the course is $99. To register, visit ADA.org/ADA365.
