Pre-conference registration for 28th New Dentist Conference ends July 2
June 02, 2014
New dentists looking for continuing education opportunities and leadership development can register for the ADA 28th New Dentist Conference, set for July 17-19.
The pre-conference registration deadline is July 2. Attendees may also register on-site at the Sheraton Kansas City Hotel at Crown Center (an additional $50 registration fee will be applied).
The ADA New Dentist Conference seeks to provide new dentists—less than 10 years out of dental school—with tools and resources to help them become better dentists in this state of their careers—along with the opportunity to enjoy Midwestern hospitality and Kansas City barbecue.
During the full day of leadership development on July 17, new dentists will have the opportunity to discuss issues that new practitioners face in their first 10 years following dental school in small groups with the ADA Board of Trustees and ADA New Dentist Committee.
Additionally, hands-on endodontic and implant courses will be conducted July 18-19 at the University of Missouri Kansas City School of Dentistry—a new track for the New Dentist Conference.
Participants can expect up to 14 hours of continuing education with a full day of leadership development and clinical and business courses from distinguished speakers.
