Grassroots advocate awards presented at WLC

Washington — Dr. Eric Hodges, ADPAC grassroots committee chair, presented grassroots advocate awards April 28 at the annual Washington Leadership Conference.

The American Dental Political Action Committee membership awards included:

  • Single state district with highest participation: Illinois.
  • Multi-state district with highest participation: 12th District-Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana and Oklahoma.
  • Single state district with highest total receipt: Illinois.
  • Multi-state district with highest total receipts: 16th District-North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia.

Dr. Emily Willet, of Lincoln, Nebraska, was among more than 20 new dentists registered for the WLC and received ADPAC's outstanding new dentist advocate award.

Dr. Frank Graham, of Teaneck, New Jersey, received the Jack Wilson award named for ADPAC's founder.

Recognizing Illinois: Dentists from Illinois receive awards from ADPAC for being the single-state district with the highest participation and the single-state district with the highest total receipt.
