Two new ADA CE Live courses offered in Chicago
May 18, 2015
ADA CE Live, a series of in-person continuing education courses, has scheduled two courses at ADA Headquarters.
The courses are:
- July 31-Aug. 1: Enhancing Diagnosis, Case Acceptance and Restorative Outcomes Using the Latest Technology with Dr. David Little (9 CE units). Implant dentistry can enhance the quality of patients' lives. Whether replacing a single tooth or an entire edentulous arch, advancements in technology allow dentists to virtually develop a restorative-driven treatment plan that produces predictable results.
- Oct. 2-3: Dental Sleep Medicine for the General Dental Team with Dr. Steve Carstensen (11 CE units). The course is an overview of sleep disordered breathing and what the dental team can do to have an impact on the health of their patients. It will cover basics of sleep, dental appliances, how to work with sleep physicians to market your service and it will touch on medical insurance interaction. For those offices currently providing sleep appliances, the course will discuss complications, titration and follow-up testing, dig a bit deeper into marketing and team development.
Although fees vary by course, discounted rates are available for ADA members, along with special discounted rates at the Ritz Carlton.
