Celebrate: In Washington for ADA 2015? Visit the Russell Senate Office Building’s Rotunda to see the ADA display for the 70th anniversary of community water fluoridation. The Russell Building is the oldest of the U.S. Senate Buildings and is located at 2 Constitution Ave NE. On Sept. 10, dentist lawmaker Rep.
