January 17, 2017
Phoenix
— Interested in learning more about how to integrate the latest research into your work at the office? Or are you in academia and interested in improving your teaching skills?

For the first time, the ADA Center for Evidence-Based Dentistry is offering a single workshop that caters to people in either position.

The ADA Intensive Evidence-Based Dentistry Workshop is scheduled for April 19-22 in Phoenix. Applications are being accepted at ADA.org/intensiveEBD.

Participants can choose from two areas of focus: EBD in Clinical Practice or How to Teach EBD.

The first is tailored for clinicians looking to build on their EBD knowledge and will include a deep dive into advanced EBD topics, including methods for identifying reliable and unbiased information in an efficient manner.

For educators, the second path may be more valuable and will cover topics such as building an EBD curriculum and teaching others about the integration of EBD into clinical chairside manner.

Participants can receive 21 continuing education credits.

Workshop details, including application information, are available at ADA.org/intensiveEBD. For more information about the ADA Center for Evidence-Based Dentistry, visit ebd.ADA.org.
