Each of the twelve Golden Apple Award categories for dental societies has its own guidelines and description. In addition, there are some general program guidelines that apply to all categories. The details are described in these program materials.

The deadline for all entries is June 1, 2012.

New Dentist Committee Golden Apple Awards
The ADA New Dentist Committee is calling for nominations for the 2012 program. Categories include, New Dentist Leadership Award, New Dentist Legislative Leadership Award, and Outstanding Leadership in Mentoring. The deadline for entries is December 1, 2011.
