Humanitarian Award 2008
There's still time to nominate a worthy ADA member
Do not miss the 2008 nomination deadline for the 2008 Humanitarian Award. Nomination materials must be postmarked on or before Oct. 15.
The award is given to a member dentist who has contributed to alleviate human suffering, demonstrated significant leadership, served as an inspiration and established a legacy that is of ongoing value and benefit to those in need both in the U.S. and abroad.

The 2008 recipient will be honored at the 2009 ADA annual session in Hawaii and receive a $1,500 monetary donation to the charity of his/her choice.
Dr. Thomas Underwood of Nashville, Tenn., will be honored at the 2008 annual session in San Antonio as the first-ever recipient of this prestigious award.
