Special Care Dentistry meeting planned for April
New Orleans—The Special Care Dentistry Association will hold its 25th Annual Meeting on Special Care Dentistry April 18-21 at the Astor Crowne Plaza here.
The opening keynote speaker, Kenneth E. Salyer, M.D., a pioneer in craniofacial surgery, will present inspirational stories from and sign copies of his new book, "A Life That Matters."

This year, SCDA will also offer four all-new introductory level CE sessions for those who are just starting their careers or who are new to special care dentistry. Topics include: treating older adults; treating patients with psychiatric disorders; an overview of autism; and an update on the results of screening tests conducted by the Special Olympics.
