Briefly describe your practice.
I am the dentist for Naval Mobile Construction Battalion FIVE. I am responsible for the dental care of over 850 Seabees both in homeport in Port Hueneme, CA and while on deployment. Recently our battalion deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. I practiced for 6 months in a tent with a field operating unit. It was AWESOME. What an experience!

1) Can you make me a grill?

What is the most interesting thing that has happened or you’ve done as a dental professional?
I built a dental clinic in the middle of the Kuwaiti desert.

What's the most difficult challenge you've faced in your practice?
1) Getting enough power to run my air compressor
2) Training my people

Lots of running.
