Introduction

A site visit’s purpose is to permit peers to assess the program’s compliance with the Accreditation Standards and with its own stated goals and objectives. The visiting committee confirms information provided in the comprehensive self-study completed by the institution prior to the visit; reviews documentation, conducts interviews and observes residents. Information related to the site visit is strictly confidential.
