ADAF GKAS Awards Gala
Introduction
The second ADA Foundation Give Kids A Smile® Awards Gala will be held in Washington, DC, on Tuesday, May 12, 2009, during the ADA's Washington Leadership Conference.
The Gala again will be held at an historic site, the Library of Congress on Capitol Hill. The reception will begin at 5:30 p.m. in the Montpelier Room in the Madison Building and dinner will follow in the Great Hall of the Thomas Jefferson Building.
Those who attended the inaugural Gala last year gave the event rave reviews, and we invite you to join ADA leadership, dental industry members, dental educators, access-to-care program directors and Members of Congress for this special evening.
In addition to helping raise funds for grants to improve access to oral health care for the underserved and supporting ADA efforts to give more kids a smile, the Gala will honor public officials who have supported improved access to care.
With last year’s support, we were able to raise over $230,000 for the Give Kids A Smile Fund and access-to-care grants.
Individual sponsorships again are $300, which entitles you to one seat at the Gala, and table sponsorships are available at $25,000, $10,000 and $5,000, with appropriate recognition.
