Registration Information and Form
Please be assured that an outstanding learning experience awaits you, beginning July 11, 2008, in Chicago. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Class size is limited to 45. Deadline for registering is May 31, 2008. Fees must accompany the registration form. For your convenience, you will be contacted in person prior to the registration fee being charged to your credit card.
You may register for this program via mail or fax. Your registration includes all books and meals. Travel and lodging are separate.
The ADA will notify registrants of any decision to postpone the program by June 4, 2008. If postponed, your registration fee will be refunded. You may wish to wait for a confirmation before purchasing non-refundable airline tickets. Please see Airline Travel Arrangements for more information.

Registration Fees
ADA members: $12,000 plus travel and lodging (The fee includes all books and meals)
Non-members: $13,000 plus travel and lodging (The fee includes all books and meals)
Depending on your circumstances you may be able to deduct the expenses of this program on your income taxes. Consult with your tax advisor to see if you qualify.
