How to Register at the Conference Hotel
To register at the Ritz Carlton Hotel, please make your reservations
directly with the Ritz. A reservation code on the form will enable
the Ritz to give you the special conference rate. Rooms requested
after the deadline of June 13, 2008 cannot be guaranteed.

Location/Transportation
The ADA Headquarters is located at 211 E. Chicago Ave.—and is
within walking distance from the Ritz Carlton Hotel. Taxi service
from O’Hare or Midway airports is available for approximately
$30–$40 one way. You may also take advantage of Airport Express
van service from the airports to major hotels. Airport Express can
be reached at 888-284-3826 or www.airportexpress.com  .
Ticket counters are located next to the baggage claim area at both
airports. Service is available every 20
minutes, and reservations are not required. For a real taste of Chicago,
try the CTA rapid transit system, which is available at both airports
for approximately $2.00 one way. Visit www.transitchicago.com

Airline Travel Discounts
Make your airline reservations with the ADA’s official airline or with the ADA’s official travel agency and receive the following discounts:

United Airlines is offering special meeting discounts for the American Dental Association. Simply call (or have your travel agent call) United’s Special Meeting Desk at 1-800-521-4041 and refer to Meeting ID Number 523RH to receive a 2-10% discount off applicable fares, including First Class. If you purchase your ticket at least 30 days prior to travel, you will receive an additional 5% discount off select fares. This special offer applies to travel on domestic segments of all United Airlines, United Express, TED and United code share flights operated by US Airways, US Airways Express and Air Canada. There are no fees for meeting attendees that call and confirm with the Special Meeting Desk at 800-521-4041.

Purchase your ticket online at www.united.com and receive a 5% discount off the lowest applicable fares. After you link to www.united.com , enter your origin and destination, travel dates, and your promotion code 523RH. Available flights will then be displayed. Flights that qualify for the discount will be clearly identified with a green star symbol, which means the itinerary is ‘electronic certificate eligible’. When you select an electronic eligible flight, United will automatically calculate and present your discounted fare. This special offer applies to flights to or from the U.S. only. There are no fees for booking online. Note the code 523RH is case sensitive and the characters need to be capitalized.

Weather
