2010 Significant Registration & Housing Deadlines

Wednesday, April 7

• Registration and Housing opens for exhibitors

Friday, June 18th (Exhibitor Block Housing Only)

• Deadline for room deposits.  Rooms not covered by a deposit will be released.
• Room cancellations after this date are non-refundable

Friday, July 16th (Exhibitor Block Housing Only)

• Deadline for rooming lists
• All reservations must have names.  Any reservations with TBA as the name will be cancelled

Friday, September 10th

• Exhibitor Registration and Exhibitor non-block hotel reservations close at 5pm Central. 
• Exhibitor non-block hotel cancellations are non-refundable after this date
• Badge fees increase to onsite rate after this date, regardless of complimentary allotment balance

Thursday, September 29th

• All housing changes must be made directly with the hotel.
