Directory Listing
Applications
The Council on Dental Practice annually publishes the Directory
of Dental Practice Appraisers and Brokers and Directory
of Dental Practice Management Consultants. There
is a modest charge to be listed in these
publications. The Directories are distributed
free to member dentists upon request.
Individuals
and companies that provide these services
and wish to submit an online application and pay
a directory application fee will need a valid MasterCard or Visa credit
card. All credit card information is passed
in a secured, encrypted session to Verisign
and Paymentech for processing.
The ADA will not retain your credit card
information. Your advertisement will display
for one year upon approval. You may also download application forms below and submit your information and payment through the mail.
