  • Dr. David Todd, ADSA and American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons author and lecturer—Cardiovascular Assessment and Anesthesia.
  • Dr. Warren Morganstein, former senior associate dean, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, University of Maryland, and acupuncturist—The Scientific Basis for Acupuncture: East Meets West.

This year, the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology is honored to have the 2009 Heidbrink Award winner, Professor Yuzuru Kaneko, present the Osterloh Lecture. He is president of the Tokyo Dental College and former president of the International Federation of Dental Anesthesia Societies.
