Color Rates
Standard Color: $850 per page or fraction thereof. If more than one additional color is used on a page, the color charge will be the same as 4-color. Standard SWOP colors, red, blue, yellow, green.
Matched Color: $1,100 per page or fraction thereof.
3-Color: $1,950 per page restricted to process colors. Consult the publisher before scheduling. Publisher is not responsible when a color guide is not furnished. Publisher cannot guarantee accommodation of colors other than process within 4-color form.
4-Color: $1,950 per page or fraction thereof. Color sequence: yellow, blue, red and black.
Bleeds: Available free of charge.

Postcards: Used in conjunction with run of book space (minimum of full page) $1,300. Size of postcards at this rate not to exceed 50% of regular page size. Postcards may be bound in or blown in.

Printing Specifications Body printed web offset on 36# coated stock. Cover is web offset on 90# cover stock with UV outside coating. Perfect binding.
Halftone Screen for the cover and inside may be 120-, 133- or 150-line screen (preferably 133). Large solid black areas are not recommended.

Established in 1913 as the official publication of the American Dental Association, JADA serves practicing dentists and others allied with the dental profession in both the United States and other countries. Issued monthly, mailed the 1st week of the month of issue, 2nd class, cover label. Outside U.S. copies are in envelopes. BPA audited statement ending June 2006: 143,195.
