Ohio Dentist Installed as ADA Trustee

CHICAGO, October 23, 2012—Joseph P. Crowley, D.D.S., F.A.C.D., a general dentist based in Cincinnati, was installed today as a trustee of the American Dental Association (ADA).  Dr. Crowley’s installation took place in San Francisco at the ADA's 153rd Annual Session and World Marketplace Exhibition.

Dr. Crowley will serve on the ADA Board of Trustees as the trustee from the Seventh District, which represents Ohio and Indiana.  The ADA Board formulates and reviews policies and programs and makes recommendations to the members of the ADA's governing body, the House of Delegates.  As a member of the ADA Board, Dr. Crowley will play a major role in the ADA's organizational objective of being America’s leading advocate for oral health.

Dr. Crowley is a past president of the Ohio Dental Association and has served in the ADA House of Delegates. He also served as president of the Cincinnati Dental Society.

Dr. Crowley is a graduate of the Ohio State University College of Dentistry.
