Which SmileCon pass is right for you?

One-Day Hall Pass

The One-Day Hall Pass lets you stroll the exhibit hall and meet our Ahhh-mazing exhibitors. You are welcome to the Opening Session if you elect to attend on Thursday, and Tailgate Party if you elect to attend on Saturday. All other social events are an additional fee.

Dental Central Pass

The Dental Central Pass allows you to take limited CE only in Dental Central in the Dental Team Hub. It grants you access to wander through the exhibit hall, engage with our dynamic exhibitors and explore the Innovation Hub. You are welcome to the Opening Session on Thursday, Give Veterans A Smile Mainstage Session on Friday, and Tailgate Party on Saturday. Evening social events are an added fee.

Smile Pass—MOST POPULAR!

If you want to Meet, Play, and Learn a lot, choose a Smile Pass. You get a wide selection of CE in the classroom and in Dental Central; entry to the Opening Session; a ticket to the Bouncin’ in the Bayou Fest; and a spot at the Tailgate Party. You can add Hands-On Activities and our NEW Master Classes for a fee. This pass is the BEST VALUE!

Platinum Smile Pass

For an upgraded experience, there is the Platinum Smile Pass. You get all Hands-On Activities and Master Classes included except for Botox and Dermal Fillers; fast-track entry to CE in the classrooms and in Dental Central; entry to the Opening Session and Tailgate Party, and tickets to the Bouncin’ in the Bayou Fest and Changemakers Celebration. Platinum Smile Pass holders can also bring a guest to SmileCon for free! Guests will receive a Dental Central Pass and a ticket to the Bouncin’ in the Bayou Fest.

New this year, you can add passes for your friends and family at discounted prices. Pass options include Dental Central Pass, One-Day Hall Pass and Evening Events Only Pass. You must add any friends and family passes to your registration record. Friends and Family are not eligible for any continuing education.

Important dates

ADA Members receive Early Bird discounts through May 31 at 5 p.m. CT (Central Time).
Advance registration rates apply June 1–Sept. 20 at 5 p.m. CT.
Standard registration rates apply beginning Sept. 21

Pre-registration is required for all courses, except for courses in Dental Central

Pre-registration is required for all courses outside of Dental Central. Dental Central, Smile Pass and Platinum Smile Pass holders DO NOT have to register for any course offered in Dental Central. Courses in Dental Central are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Dental Central Pass holders are eligible to attend the Give Veterans A Smile Mainstage Session and will require pre-registration. This is the only session outside of Dental Central this pass includes.

Pre-registration reserves your seat for up to 5 minutes before the published start time. Your badge will be scanned at the classroom door. Walk-in seating may be available if a course is not full. Visit the Agenda Builder starting April 15 at SmileCon.org to start creating your SmileCon experience. Then when registration opens on May 8, be sure to log in and sign up for the classes you are interested in. International Attendees

When you register for the meeting, you can request an official Letter of Invitation through the online registration system. You can download the letter as a PDF when you complete your registration – no waiting!

This invitation is intended to facilitate travel and visa arrangements but does not extend financial support. If you pay for registration but your visa request is denied, we will issue a full refund.

If you require a letter before you register, please contact international@ada.org.

If you need a certificate of attendance, please contact international@ada.org to request a certificate after SmileCon 2024. Once your attendance is verified, you will be emailed a certificate.
