Program Surveys

The Commission on Dental Accreditation conducts annual surveys of all accredited predoctoral, advanced, and allied dental education programs.

Predoctoral dental education program survey reports include general information, student and graduate data, curriculum, and financial management data on dental schools in the U.S. and Puerto Rico.

The advanced dental education survey reports provide information on the advanced dental education programs in advanced education in general dentistry, general practice residency, dental anesthesiology, orofacial pain, oral medicine, dental public health, endodontics, oral and maxillofacial pathology, oral and maxillofacial radiology, oral and maxillofacial surgery, orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics, pediatric dentistry, periodontics and prosthodontics accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.

The allied dental education survey reports summarize data provided by administrators of dental assisting, dental hygiene and dental laboratory technology programs accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
