Take home free samples of new patient education materials for your practice
October 19, 2012
Free samples of ADA patient education brochures are available at the ADA Catalog in the Welcome Center.
ADA brochures explain the importance of good oral health, prevention and treatment in simple terms that resonate with patients. New graphics and text tell the story dentists want to tell, be it an explanation of the causes of decay and gum disease, what’s important for parents to know about children’s oral health, the benefits of tooth replacements and more.
Twenty-eight of the most popular ADA patient education brochures have been updated with revisions, including:
• Taking Care of your Teeth and Gums (W135);
• Your Child’s Teeth (W177);
• Three Tooth Replacement Options (W293).
New this year are two brochures:
• Immediate Load Implants (W305);
• Preventive Resin Restorations (W306);
Also available at the ADA Catalog is a demonstration of the ADA’s New PatientSmart, a library of concise ADA patient education information—accessible from a dentist’s Internet homepage with the addition of an easy-to-install button on the page.
PatientSmart is a risk-free subscription for a one-time start-up fee of $99 plus $29.95 per month. Never pay for updates or new editions and cancel anytime. Preview PatientSmart at the ADA Catalog in the Welcome Center or visit ADA.org/patientsmart for an
