Power of Three
The ADA is committed to helping its state and local partners succeed. These efforts include helping
increase dental societies’ organizational capacity in key areas deemed as essential for positively
impacting member growth and overall dental society success.
We all have the same goal – serving members – and each level of the ADA is uniquely positioned to add value to the member dentist experience. As we work together toward the same objective, you can count on the ADA to help customize your plan to recruit and retain members, as well as help navigate the ADA and its wide variety of resources.

What is the Power of Three (PO3)?
Power of Three is the ADA, state and local societies working collaboratively at all three levels to enhance the value of membership, minimize barriers to joining or renewing, ensure a consistent member experience, and increase member participation. ADA Loyalty and Value Research shows that members find value at all three levels, so the PO3 requires a commitment across all three to create the greatest impact. The long-term effect of PO3 will help to ensure a strong future for the ADA, state and local dental societies, and the dental profession.
The Power of Three Triangle
The PO3 triangle is not a logo, but a visual model of how we all work together. It represents a balanced theme for the organization, just as an equilateral triangle only works if all sides are equally proportional.

In a busy social media crazy world, it's easy to forget about the importance of being in a live face-to-face setting with others from the association community. There is power in being connected to other people who are active in your line of work.
