Strategy, Planning and Evaluation
"A goal without a plan is just a wish.”
– Antoine de Saint-Exupery
Strategy, planning and evaluation examines how your society sets strategic direction, plans key action items, tracks results and adjusts goals and strategies. Strategy and planning powers an organization’s purpose and direction, frames how resources will be focused and describes how the end (goals) will be achieved by the means (resources). Strategy and planning are also useful for guiding day-to-day decisions, evaluating progress and changing approaches for moving forward.
