New dentists to meet in Washington

April 09, 2012

Washington—The ADA 26th New Dentist Conference taking place here June 22-24 presents an opportunity for dentists and students to enjoy camaraderie and learn to become better dentists, stronger leaders and more effective communicators.

The conference’s early bird registration is fast approaching. Register at by April 27 for a chance to win registration for the conference; lodging at the host hotel, the Capital Hilton; registration for Annual Session; or lodging at the Hilton San Francisco.

Top-notch continuing education and leadership development programs fill the agenda for the conference, which caters to the unique needs of new dentists (dentists who earned their dental degree less than 10 years ago).

The ADA New Dentist Committee selected the clinical, professional and practice management courses, which cover topics like emerging technologies, esthetic and restorative dentistry, preventing practice embezzlement and increasing production. Attendees will have the opportunity to earn up to 13 hours of CE credit and an additional two hours by participating in a full-day of preconference programming devoted to leadership development.

Lunches and special events are included with the $375 registration fee for ADA members, and conference attendees enjoy a discount when booking rooms at the Capital Hilton.
