JADA CE to move to online-only access

November 03, 2014 Starting January 2015, The Journal of the American Dental Association Continuing Education program will be available online only, providing readers with seamless access to CE from their JADA accounts and incorporating added tools and enhancements.

Answers to JADA CE questions will be checked and graded in real time, with online help tools to guide you. When you pass the test, the CE certificate will be available immediately for you to print.

You will have 24/7 online access to your CE account, which will allow you to view CE tests you have taken and credits you have earned on this new CE platform.

Other features of the JADA CE program — discounted fees for ADA members and the availability of CE tests up to 12 months after publication — will not change. In addition, the ADA Continuing Education Recognition Program will continue to accredit JADA CE. However, administration of JADA CE tests will move to the Elsevier platform.

To introduce JADA readers to the features of the new platform, the January 2015 JADA CE program will be available as a free trial.

JADA will continue to accept printed copies of CE tests through December 2014; the print option will not be available thereafter. However, CE tests from 2014 issues of JADA will be available online for 12 months after publication. Watch for more information as the transition nears.
