Register for online CE course on digital imaging in dentistry
May 01, 2017
Whether it's 2-D or 3-D, when it comes to treatment planning and patient care, image is everything.
ADA members can learn more on how to utilize better treatment planning techniques with new digital technologies in an ADA Continuing Education Online course.
Dr. Eugene Antenucci, an international lecturer on practical applications of technologies, presents the course Image is Everything: The Power of 3-D Ultra-Low Dose Imaging in Dentistry.
In the past decade, new technologies were continuously introduced that allow dentists to visualize problems and structures, while delivering less radiation to the patient than traditional imaging techniques. The course addresses the approach for optimal and routine radiographic imaging in clinical dentistry using 2-D imaging, such as panoramic images and panoramic bite wings, and 3-D imaging using ultra low dose conebeam technology. The course is sponsored by Planmeca.
