Best of Class Technology Awards to celebrate innovators at annual meeting

Winner: One of the 2017 awardees of The Best of Class Technology Awards was the Bien-Air TORNADOs.

The Cellerant Best of Class Technology Awards, now in its 11th year, will be presented at an awards reception at ADA 2018 – America's Dental Meeting.

The awards recognize some of the most innovative dental products that manufacturers have released.

Dr. Lou Shuman, CEO of Cellerant Consulting Group, created the award.

"Once again, we have the distinct honor to recognize innovative companies and products that truly stand apart in the dental industry," said Dr. Shuman. "In so doing, we seek to assist dental professionals in selecting new and existing products that keep their practices on the leading edge."

The 2018 Cellerant Best of Class Awards spotlight many repeat winners, as well as emerging and new winners. The recipients are:

Two-time winners

  • Bien-Air TORNADOS.
  • Ultradent Gemini 810 + 980 Diode Laser.
  • Orascoptic EyeZoom.
  • Digital Doc LUM G2.

Three-time winners

  • MMG ChairFill by MMG Fusion.
  • Orascoptic Spark.
  • WEO Media.

Four-time winner

  • Shofu EyeSpecial C-III.

Five-time winners

  • Bien-Air iOptima INT.
  • DDS Rescue.

Six-time winner

  • 3Shape TRIOS MOVE.

Eight-time winner

  • LED Dental VELscope Vx.

Most of the winners will be showcasing their winning products in the Best of Class Aisle. The Best of Class winners will be located at booths 1438-1447, right outside of the Digital Future of Dentistry at the Hawaii Convention Center.

The Digital Future of Dentistry area, at Booth 1450, is a new feature of the annual meeting and will host main-stage courses and campfire sessions.

The Digital Future of Dentistry will also host the Dental Office Design Competition kiosk, sponsored by Wells Fargo Practice Finance, featuring this year's winners, among other features.
