Washington — Following a first year that saw more than 11,000 downloads, Tooth Talk is back for more in its second season.

Tooth Talk is the ADA’s biweekly podcast series from the American Dental Political Action Committee. The podcast, which features interviews with prominent players in the dental industry, is designed to keep dentists and dental professionals informed on all the latest news in Washington. The show tackles everything from important dental legislation to organized dentistry’s role in advocacy.

Upcoming podcast guests include ADA President Chad P. Gehani, Dr. Matt Neary, a periodontist and forensic dentist who volunteered at Ground Zero, and Damian Mitsch, chief executive officer of the Australian Dental Association. In 2020, the podcast will cover the ins and outs of the 2020 election. Past episodes include conversations with ADA Executive Director Kathleen T. O’Loughlin, ADA Senior Vice President Mike Graham and all five of the dental members of Congress.

Tooth Talk is hosted by Sarah Milligan, director of political affairs for ADPAC, and Peter Aiello, senior manager of grassroots education & digital advocacy for ADPAC.
