Webinar: Are your patients falling into the 'dead zone?'
October 24, 2019
Each practice has a patient dead zone — a dollar figure that is right out of reach, in which dentists can spot a pattern of the most “no’s.”
In a free ADA webinar on Nov. 13, Amy Morgan, vice president of consulting strategy at Spear Education, will help dentists define their dead zone, spot the causes and give them and their teams the tools to “raise the dead.”
The webinar, “The Dead Zone: Where ideal treatment plans draw their last breath,” will stream from 2-3 p.m. Central time and is worth one hour of continuing education credit for those who remain connected for at least 45 minutes.
Amy Morgan has more than 25 years’ experience as a consultant and trainer, and previously served as CEO of Pride Institute — a nationally acclaimed, practice management consulting company. She has published a wide variety of columns and whitepapers in major dental publications and several self-guided training manuals.
Participants will learn:
• Where their dead zone lives.
• Why treatment plans fail to thrive. Is it value, expenses, education or all of the above?
• Verbal skills and system enhancements that dental teams can utilize to bring the treatment back to life and increase acceptance.
A recording will be made available to everyone who registers.
