The American Dental Association and Florida Dental Association have postponed registration for the ADA FDC Annual Meeting from April 22 to early summer, in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The meeting is still planned for Oct. 15-18 in Orlando, Florida.

The ADA will continue to follow evolving advice from the U.S. Department of State and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention regarding public gatherings, but it is hopeful dentists will be able to gather again as a community at ADA FDC 2020.

"Practices across the country are overwhelmed with questions and the unknown. And just like you, we don't know what's to come," the ADA FDC 2020 team said in an email to members. "What we do know is that together with our member dentists we will come out of this stronger and even more dedicated to advancing oral health."
