Alliance's Head 2 Toe Project supports homeless in Las Vegas
October 08, 2021
The Alliance of the American Dental Association will help those who are homeless in Las Vegas during this year's Head 2 Toe Project, held in conjunction with SmileCon.
Donations will benefit the CARE Complex
, a nonprofit organization that seeks to end homelessness in downtown Las Vegas and fully assimilate its clients back into society.
Donations may be made in person by dropping them off at the Alliance's booth in Bay View Court North at the Mandalay Bay North Convention Center and online through the organization's wish list on Amazon
by including "AADA H2T" in the message box. SmileCon will take place Oct. 11-13 at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas.
Needed items include toothbrushes, toothpaste, body soap, lip balm, deodorant, sunscreen, razors, face masks and socks.
The Alliance, which is made up of ADA member spouses, partners and families, hosts the philanthropic effort each year in conjunction with the ADA annual meeting.
